I got a note from my pal Mike Capozzola this week. The Chronicle is publishing one of his cartoons
called "Cheap City" -- what a break for Mike. Cheap City is a guide to getting by on a Bay Area budget. It appears each week on the last page of the Chronicle's weekend entertainment guide "96 Hours". Here's a link to the SF Gate archive of his last few stills.
